Before sending us a repair, you must first either call us (fastest) or fill out the following form to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please do not ship any repairs or returns to us without an RA#. If you have received an RA# from a support agent already, enter it on the following form. To speed up processing time, we also encourage you to also write your RA# on the outside of the box in the shipping label white space.
