- Call OmniSistem (253-395-9500) to get a RA# (Return Authorization Number). You can also email us at info@omnisistem.com with the subject "RA Number".

- To speed up processing time, we recommend writing the RA# on the outside of the box.
- Ship your product to: OmniSistem, 6403 South 208th Street, Kent, WA 98032. It is highly recommended that you use a tracking service with the shipping carrier, otherwise we may not be able to verify receipt of the product if a package is lost.
Upon receipt of your product, OmniSistem will inspect the fixture’s condition to determine its eligibility for warranty repair or replacement. If the product is covered under warranty, the unit will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at no cost. The average turnaround time is 10 business days.
For non-warranty repairs, we will contact you with an estimate prior to any work being done.
